添加vCenter到View Manager管理界面失败：Error saving vCenter entry

故障状态

 

1、无法添加vCenter Server到VMware View Manager Admin console；

2、尝试添加vCenter Server到VMware View Manager Admin console失败后提示如下错误信息： Error saving vCenter entry 故障分析 以下几个方面的情况最可能导致这个问题： 1、vCenter Server或View Connection Server所在的服务器启用了UAC； 2、环境中使用了vShield安全防护，然后它锁定了vCenter Server； 3、vCenter Server没有授权或者某些功能模块没授权； 4、有一些注册到了vCenter Server但是本身却没有足够的授权； 解决方案 如果启用了UAC，那么，就关掉它；如果安装了vShield则移除掉它的License，方法如下： 1、vSphere Client登录到vCenter Server后点击Licensing -> Asset； 2、移除掉如下内容： vShield-application-firewall vShield-edge vShield-endpoint3、从C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\licenses\site移除掉DLFs： license-vshield-appfirewall license-vshield-edge license-vshield-endpoint4、移除掉当前存在的vShield DLFs的签名： [*]管理权限登录vCenter Server系统，打开ADAM ADSI Edit编辑器； [*]打开dc=virtualcenter,dc=vmware,dc=int； [*]在OU=Licensing,OU=Licenses下可以看到Class="vmw-vc-LicenseFiles"。寻找文件名较短且有连字符的文件，例如： "vmw-vc-LicenseFileName = license-vshield-appfirewall" "vmw-vc-LicenseFileName = license-vshield-edge" "vmw-vc-LicenseFileName =license-vshield-endpoint" [*]重启vCenter Server后再次尝试将vCenter Server添加到VMware View； 5、如果是License问题则针对性的处理一下即可。
